Maguy Banthi has been admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2011. She holds a master degree in law from University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (France) and a Post-Master degree in tax from the University of Louvain-Mons. Her practice focuses on tax law. She advises and represents corporations and individuals in direct and indirect tax matters. She provides support on various cases such as transactions and restructuring taxation, regularization of foreign assets and tax audits from the prelitigation to the recovery process. She also practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on insolvency and litigation and has an in-depth knowledge of legal affairs in West and Central African countries (OHADA Law) and mainly in DRC law.
